What is your role at Winn Machine?
When I started here, I had never worked with machines before, but I was eager to learn. My early tasks were mostly general labor, but my part became more technical as I gained experience. Today, I am proud to fill a machinist role at Winn Machine.
How long have you been at Winn Machine?
I started working at Winn Machine 5 years ago—when I was still in high school.
What is the one thing you wish people knew about machining?
There is always more than what meets the eye. For example, where most people see a smartphone, I recognize the planning and careful execution of dozens of components and the efficient assembly process that made smartphones available to everyone.
What makes Winn Machine a special place to work?
The culture at Winn Machine supports professional growth and personal development. Being a part of the Winn Machine team is challenging because we are always trying to find ways to be more efficient. This dedication has carried over into my personal life.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend Gabby. We like to cook meals together and challenge ourselves with new recipes.
