Local machine shops Endeavor Machined Products and Winn Machine Inc. have officially announced the merger of the two companies into Winndeavor.

On March 31st, 2022, machine shops Endeavor Machined Products of South Bend, IN, and Winn Machine Inc. of La Porte, IN joined forces to combine into one organization that will now be known as Winndeavor.
“It makes perfect sense when you think about it,” said Winndeavor Co-Owner and previous Endeavor President, Jim Duszynski. “Both our companies have always strived to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the aerospace industry and beyond. It’s the reason we’re proudly both ISO-certified and AS-certified. Now, by combining our resources and industry knowledge, we can push the quality of our services even further.”
With the merger of the two machine shops, Winndeavor will have a combined experience of over 170 years in the industry. Damon Gasaway II, Winndeavor Co-Owner and previous CEO of Winn Machine, explains why this union of the two companies is so exciting. “With this merger into Winndeavor, everyone’s bringing something valuable to the table,” said Gasaway, “Together, we’ll have over 25,000 square feet of production space and double the amount of tools needed for precision machining. This increase in operation capability means we’ll be able to produce higher volumes of parts, which helps our clients in the long run by reducing the price paid per part.”
As a follow-up to the merger, Winndeavor will be launching a new website in the near future.
